With his wide circle of friends, Mike manages to bed Derek in a variety of ways, circumstances, and all involve the imagination of the tricks he and his friends can play on the not-so-unsuspecting Bottom. Yes, Derek has figured it out, but he cannot complain. For once Mike realizes he can jeopardize his dream, he just might start valuing what he and his friends have in Derek.
Gavin Atlas has a great imagination, and this story is filled with the rough and tumble life of a simply hot and sexy young bottom. Simple and Easy is not for the faint of heart, and it can feel rather hard core at first glimpse, but in truth it is an exceptionally good story, and tells some of the adventures of a young man named Derek and his quest for love. Being young and relatively inexperienced can be a handicap for one such as Derek, but he really does have a conflict about what his heart wants, and what his body wants. He finds that being Simple and Easy may not be all that it is cracked up to be when looking for love, but has its rewards in other ways. I loved Derek, his simplicity, and his ability to realize that just maybe good things can come to those who wait. I was not too thrilled with his new friend Mike, however, but just maybe they can work things out. One can only hope so, because Mike has found a diamond in the dirt.
