He expresses his desires slowly, carefully, and works his way toward a lasting commitment. He is aware Jeanette is special, and he would move the earth if he thought it would get him what he wants, but for now, he will have to be satisfied with her in his bed. When the building is completed, and when the final touches are wrapped up and tied correctly, then he will make his move. She is everything he has ever wanted, and he is determined to have what he wants if not sooner, then later, but he will have Jeanette he hopes. He believes you get what you work for, and he is working hard to get her and keep her for his own. He senses unfinished business in her life, but that can't stop Bryce.
Anabel Blue has concocted a fast sexy read that entertains and enthralls. The only problem is the length, because it makes you want more. Power Play is a unique and daring little read and it goes well with a short time and the desire for a quick and sexy hot read. It is a complete story and although it leaves you wanting more, there is no doubt of the beginning and the end, and the character's reaction to the events. In a way, Power Play is a struggle of Jeanette having to choose between the dark side of her nature and the light, the trick being to balance them and become whole. With both Bryce and Malcolm in her life, she must decide who is the best for her, and what she truly wants in the way of a relationship.
