A sizzling sexy, almost gothic story, Deadly Inheritance stimulates the reader’s imagination with Romanian country landscape, neglected castles and ominous tombs. Once Gabrielle opens the dungeon’s doors, Ivan consumes his fill until the bloodthirsty beast is sated. Aware that his gluttony has begun her transition, he intends to keep her…forever. Gabrielle’s turning is gradual, but unremarkable to her. Blaming the fatigue and growing hunger on a mysterious illness. Frustrated at having slept through another day, she goes to town for a bit of shopping. She appreciates the quite of the town although the gorgeous man joining her for a bite to eat stirs her libido.
The characters are true without frivolous embossing, producing an arousing romance. Ivan is sexy as hell but being a vampyre sends his conquest fleeing. So in the shadows of the large castle begins the sexual seduction he so longs. Ivan visits Gabriella as she sleeps; familiarizing her to his essence, then after a month goes by he coordinates their meeting. As they tour the ruins of castles and regale each other with myths surrounding Vlad Dracula, the attraction becomes wanton need.
Ms. Drewry’s builds the sexual tension to mind-blowing heights, and then thrills with a hot coupling that leaves her readers squirming in their seats. Ivan and Gabriella’s union is beyond hot… unnatural earthy stamina fueled by lusty white flames. Very stimulating. Ms. Drewry has another book coming out soon, Love Doctor from Triskelion Publishing that promises to be just as erotic. Ohhhhh…cannot wait.
