The name of the club is Bare It All, and it is a popular afterhours club with the singles set due to the nature of its entertainments. Kieri has heard a lot about it from her friend, Daniella, and it is something she wants to experience. She is curious, and what is more amazing is she is a virgin. She is very curious about sex, and this is one way for her to ease her mind about the act itself. It is said that people have sex in all kinds of different ways, and Kieri is certain Daniela and the others of her friends are wrong. On walking into the club with Daniela at her side, Kieri discovers they weren't lying. The dancing is erotic, the patrons in all states of undress, and much to her surprise, some do look like they are having sex where everyone can see. It is all an overload, but then she sees someone through the smoke and haze that passes for atmosphere in the the club and loses her ability to move, think, or even respond. The one person she never thought she would see again is heading toward her...Grant!
Shocked was putting it mildly, but for Grant, being face to face with the girl who got away is heaven sent. Six years he has been pining for Kieri, and no trace of her could be found. Now, an assignment sends him into a real den of iniquity, most assuredly not the kind of place he would have thought to find her. Yet here she is, Kieri. The girl who was never far from his thoughts and never out of his heart which was shattered when he returned from college his first spring to find her and her family gone. Without a clue as to where to look, Grant's love life has been in a strange kind of limbo. Nothing he finds suits him, no one he dates really caught his interest. Well now he knows why, but he wonders about her. Is she still the same innocent she was so long ago? Why is she here in this place, and is it too late for him? All these questions and more go unanswered as Kieri flees Bare It All, leaving Grant standing all alone. Well, he knows she is around now, and he can, and will track her down. He is not about to lose her again...Not ever again!
Bare It All is a short and very sexy read by Ronna Gage, and it is a delightful work to be sure. Grant and Kieri have been separated from each other for six years. Kieri comes from a repressive background, a very strict upbringing telling her that sex is bad, only for procreation, and for this day and age, pretty provincial and almost backward in thinking. She is very curious, and that leads her friend Daneila to suggest they go to Bare It All, a club catering to the afterhours crown that is wild and free loving. It isn't exactly what Kieri expects, and to see the man who was her first love there is almost too much. For Grant, the shock is even greater because knowing the way Kieri was brought up, this was the last place he would expect to find her. Ronna Gage draws you in, and plays with her readers as she does her characters in this cute, short, and very sexy tale of love lost and found. Bare It All brings a pair of lovers together for the first time in an arena that is not familiar and is very unusual for at least one of the parties. It is a read I greatly enjoyed. Fast, full-bodied, and truly a work of art, Bare It All is available now from Romance Divine. If you want a short tale and a quick yet satisfying read, Bare It All is definitely the book for you.
