Robin Joy Wirth was born in San Rafael, California, and moved to Washington state at the tender age of six. She has lived there ever since. Over the years she tried a few jobs, mostly factory work and more recently market research, but the biggest job she has undertaken is the raising of her two sons, one who is a teenager and the other a toddler. Throughout her life she has had a passion for writing. In almost every genre of fiction she has undertaken the element of romance played an important role.
