Meet:

Mary Reed &
Suzanne Merritt

Hi, I’m Mary Ann and I’m Suzanne. We’re sisters living in a small community in Illinois. Early on, we each worked for a local school district, and later in our careers, we chose secretarial positions at several construction and industrial firms in our area. The big percentage of our time is now devoted to writing.

We are avid readers and have a passion for putting down our thoughts on paper in the hope that readers will find enjoyment in our stories. Sometimes we disagree, but in the end come to an agreeable solution in finding just the right plots and story lines.

While I love reading and gardening, Suzanne equally loves making ceramic jewelry in her spare time. When it comes time to start another book, we compare ideas until finding just the right subject we want to write about.

Our fervent hope is that our readers will never find the books we write dull. We always strive to give our reader a heartwarming story with a happy ending.
