Meet:

Harry Squires

Harry Squires has been telling stories as far back elementary school. Oddly enough, he never seemed to get in trouble for this behavior. In fact, his first grade teacher used to stand him up in front of the class to entertain them when she needed to leave the room.

His first thriller was a four page opus written in blue chalk on coarse paper involving Superman and a bursting dam. He was six. Its only reader was his mother, who still claims to own the first (and only) edition.

Harry worked in film production, software marketing, educational television, and insurance, before settling down to pursue his first love, writing, full time.

Now, writing as H. R. Knight, Harry's debut book is a paranormal mystery titled What Rough Beast. It's published by Leisure Books in their horror line.

Harry's hobbies include finding good, inexpensive wines, cooking, and Chinese Boxing.

He loves reading mysteries, horror, thrillers, and really good romances--like those by his wife Susan, who writes edgy paranormals. They live by the beach in Southern California with a pack of large black dogs.
