Romance at Heart Magazine Advertising Specials

From time to time, we will run advertising specials. This will be set discounts on one or more of our regular advertising banners and cover ads that will run for a limited time. The orders are only available on a first come first served basis, and are limited to the terms of the promotion. All ads must be placed for the entire term of the promotion, no refunds or discounts for ads pulled before the promotion period the ads were requested for ends.

We are heading into the Summer reading season, and what is better than to push your new releases with new advertising. Romance at Heart Publications is running a special "Fast Seasonal" advertising campaign for authors with some specials on banner and cover ads at Romance at Heart Magazine.

Starting May 1 and ending July 1:

Run your interstitial banner ad for your book or website on selected index pages (up to 5 pages) for $20 for a quarter (1 May to 1 August or 1 June to 1 September), a $55/month saving over the individual monthly rates. This can also be run from 15 May to 15 July or 15 June to 15 Sept. All banners must be received and paid for by the requested posting date.

Add a cover ad to that an interstitial banner for your book or website, and you can save the $55/month on the interstitial and $3/month on the quarterly cover spot. Cover ads will be $15 per cover for the quarter or $30 for the half year but must be purchased for the entire quarter May 1- August 1 or June 1-September 1, or the entire half year from June 1 to Jan 1. There will be no substitutions. All banners and covers must be received and paid for by the requested posting date.

The following rates will otherwise apply to the Interstitial and Bottom Banner Advertizing run at Romance at Heart:

All Bottom Page Banner Ads in rotation will be $30 a quarter and $60 for the half year.

Individual Author Website Banners can be purchased as interstitial dividers on index pages. Cost per month/per page is $15 an ad, but for a limited time only, they may be purchased for the full quarter at a total cost of $30 per ad/per page, a total 33% savings for the quarter.

You can buy a text sponsor link, hand coded on the index page and on In The News, Contests, Review Links, the most popular pages on the website top level. Links will appear on the pages on the left hand side under the Website Sponsor Marker. Cost per month is $15 for this limited time only, and must be purchased for the full quarter at a total cost or $40 total.

Ads applied for during any special MUST be for the entire quarter, or the entire half year and must be requested and all pertainent information received before the links can be set. All specials advertising must be paid for via paypal on or before the the first of the month in which they are to be set, or on or before the 15th of the month if you want them running in the mid-month cycle. Any paid by check, the check must be cleared in advance of posting by first or the fifteenth of the month.

All banner ads, regardless of whether they are static, or animated, must be within the website standard size of 468x60 or 468x80. Please do not submit banners that are larger than this as they will not be accepted. They can be flash or rich media as long as they meet and do not exceed the size requirements.
